Katelyn Dixon

Dr. Katelyn Dixon (formerly Katelyn Stokes) attended Howard University from 2010–2014, where she was a four-year full-scholarship student-athlete on the Howard University Women's Tennis Team. She quickly rose from No. 3 singles to the team's No. 1 singles position during her freshman year and finished her collegiate career with an outstanding 52–11 singles record. Her achievements included Rookie of the Year, three-time Team MVP, and the Howard University Student Association (HUSA) Female Athlete of the Year award.

Dr. Dixon also earned MEAC All-Conference First Team honors in 2011 and 2014, Second Team honors in 2012 and 2013, and recognition on the MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team. In 2014, she was recognized as a nominee for NCAA’s Woman of the Year. She served as team captain during her final two seasons while earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following graduation, Dr. Dixon competed on the professional tennis circuit before coaching junior and adult athletes. She later joined the U.S. Tennis Association's Player Development division, where she coordinated educational programs and professional development opportunities for high-performance tennis coaches nationwide.

In May 2025, Dr. Dixon earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Today, she combines her experience as a high-level athlete, coach, and physical therapist to provide evidence-based care that helps athletes and active individuals recover from injury, improve performance, and return confidently to the activities they love. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence, leadership, and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
